Gonna change things up on my car. This turbo has 4 passes at the track and maybe 30 miles of street driving. PT6768 CEA, journal bearing, H cover (4" in, 3" out), .85 A/R 3 bolt turbine housing. This turbo is an animal on a 4.1 stroker with the right converter. Went a 9.26@145 on my 277" motor at 23lbs. of boost and who knows how much left.

$1200 plus shipping

I can vouch for the 6768. It spools great with my stroker. Mine is also journal bearing.

Class rules specify cast wheel turbo only. Otherwise I would just keep the billet 67.

It's still on the car, but if someone is serious, I'll pull it for pictures of the turbine side. There is zero play in any direction.

Don't know. I want to race more than a few times a year and all the 8.5 stuff requires a cast wheel turbo. I could go either way, just depends on whether this sells or not.

I am with you on the race a few time a year thing. We like to go every week even if it's just number chasing. Good luck on the sell.

I can hook you up on a used Limit 76 cast wheel

Keep the 67 around, there may be an extra TSM race withing driving distance of you next year. Don't tell Ronnie.

I'm trying to see if they will let me run with the billet 67. If they will do that, I'll just run with it even though it's at a 200hp disadvantage.

This is the downside of building a stage block motor for TSM, it has potential for so much more (even though I'm not ready for it yet) and it's only a turbo change away. This other class (OSCA 8.5) runs 5.30's-5.40's and I think it's going to take some serious work to make it run that with a 67. I have it figured out so that I can easily swap back and forth between a 3 bolt and 4 bolt, but I don't have the money for a second turbo.

I think winter and crappy weather are taking hold early and making me anxious. :) I was looking forward to the TB.com race early next year, but since it's not happening it will be a while before we have another race.

Mike we are trying to get a couple races together down here to. We got the ok just got to figure out some classes and rules. Not a Buick race but a modern races like no carb. factory fuel injection only. From stock modified to super modified so on if interested also. Something we all can race in.

So, the OSCA is going to allow billet wheel turbos on v6 entries. I'll keep the 67 for now. They race all over kentucky including Bowling Greeen and are picking up a race at my local 1/8 mile track, Music City. Looks like they are trying to have a race the first saturday of every month.

TSM cars are an easy fit with a couple changes. No boost controller. One line from the intake to the top of the wastegate. You have to run a 26x8.5 slick or a 3754r gen 1 MT 275. 3250lbs.

Rules don't sound too different than the ones up here in South west Ohio. Last year it was only 8.5's, this year they are allowing 235's. Steve H has been 5.4 with his old cast 76 and no boost controller on 8.5's.

bump... so... someone buy this turbo so we can see how fast Mike's car can go with something bigger! I'd buy it, but my current motor can't handle this much turbo with stock internals.
