Precision Vig #6 pump?

What exactly does this mean? My 2nd hand Vig is represented as a "3400 stall, single disc, #6 pump". Could someone break it down for me?

The Vigilante is available in four different stall speed configurations , They are "4" as the lowest "0" the next step up
"6" the next and "7" being the highest stall.The actual stall speeds will vary depending on you setup.

There is not much on PI's web site about the "pumps". I got mine in today and managed one shakedown pass. All I can say is I'll have to completely relearn my driving technique! This thing feels like it went from mid 13's straight into the 11's.
