It is designed for a 240 ohm guage. Most regular pressure guages 0-100 PSI are of this value. A cheap autoguage, stewart warner, autometer, factory guage will work..if it were to be off.. in all reality, does it matter. Purpose is to see 1) if the pump is spraying, 2) a relative amount. Whereas if you increase the output the needle goes up..
The way these/all senders work is that 240 ohms the guage is at zero PSI and at 0 ohms its pegged.
I dont know the sender range of the full sweep autometers. And its a pricey guage. I bought an autometer oil pressure guage of this board for 15 dollars and use it with this sender. It was initially off a little on the zero and a simple resistor across the sender was put on to make the correction. I believe autometers are 200-220 ohm. And this will only affect where the needle lays at zero. Not 100
All the digital guages use the 240 for a sender. Cyberdyne, Nordscog(spelling)_ its all the same... pretty much.
Problem has been the alcohol compatability with the sender internals. Autometer doesnt have a sender that is alcohol compatible.
