If i bolt it flat on the flex plate ,the flex plate will be bolted flat on the antiballoning plate,eliminating any flex that is built into it.....flexplate and tc will become one rigid piece......I would think some flex is needed ????? vibration ,,bushing wear etc WHAT DONT I UNDERSTAND

Some flex is needed. I think you are correct with your thinking. Thats why it is called a flex plate.
 
SOOO,,how can i have flex if i bolt up a flat flexplate to a BIG FLAT antiballoning plate.... I really dont plan to bolt it up direct,,,,I believe i have. .100 in space between TC and TRANS FRONT PUMP once tc is shimed and all bolted up am i OK
