Preventive Maintenance - New owner

My car has 160k miles and I am a new owner, therefore I don't have much of the history. It is strong and shifts are tight with healthy throttle, soft with little throttle. I want to PM the trans, not modify. What fluid should I use and what other PM parts should I do along the way? I don't want to change a thing, just keep things going.

Use a good, brand-name Dexron III fluid, filter and check your TV cable adjustment. That ought to do ya!

Any quaility fluid and a quality filter. Install drainplug so next time is easier..
