Problem with Bat Brake

Bruce,
I finally hooked up the bat brake today. The problem is that when I engage it, the car will slowly go forward. Is there a special gear I have to be in? I tried it in drive and overdrive, both with the same results. I can apply the foot brake with the transbrake and hold boost (which is a major step forward from before), but without the footbrake, the car sluggishly rolls forward. Where should I look to solve this?

The Transbrake only works in manual low.
