Problem with digital climate control

Picked up an 86 WH1 this weekend and it has digital climate control. Having a minor problem that I wouldnt' think would be a hard fix.

The climate is set to OFF, but the blower motor is still running on low and the ac compressor is kicking on every so often. Is there some switch or solenoid that could be bad..somehow it thinks it's still on...any ideas?

Yes, it was. Car is very nice. Gonna do some tune up **** to it..plugs wires, iac reset,tps setting, will put it on tlink tonight and view the vitals clean the IC and Throttle body, fix this little problem. Car is solid and seems to run good. Needs tires all around though. Still wanna buy it?

Check under the hood, there is a relay in the blower it controls the fan speed and turn of and on the compressor, check for corrosion, try to switch it out with another one from a friend, because a new one runs about $100.
