1986 GN with the Digital climate control (having issues see other thread) looking for info on converting to manual climate control.
What needs to be replaced?
What can i keep from the digital system that will work with the manual system?
Details and pictures please.
Thanks for your help

I'd like to know as well. I might need to swap mine one day.

I have a complete digital climate control system that I would sell. It comes with everything except for the resistor that mounts next to the blower motor. Caspers sells it new though.

If I remember correctly when I did mine its pretty straight forward. You need the wiring, control head, manual blower resistor, cable and lever for temp blend door (could be forgetting something). Its best to find a whole donor car or complete box assembly that has been removed intact that way you have all the pieces and you can examine everything before removing parts. Its been a few years since I converted mine but it was easy and I had it done the same day. HTH
