It could be a number of things... O2' MAF, Coil pack, Module etc. Do you have a scan tool?

No scantool looking for one now!

touch the three hoses that run from the turbo to the "Y" and runs to the vavle cover and wastegate.... If your fingers turn black as coal, replace the hoses. (make sure to keep the "Y" oriented in the same direction.

I might sound stupid but what hose to the y??? I am new to turbo buicks and dont know much i have to say it has a ta-49 turbo on it if that changes anything!

Behind the turbo there is a boost solenoid that is bolted to the valve cover it has a vacuum hose that comes off of it that goes into a Y (splits the hose) one to the actuator and the other to the compressor side of the turbo.

Is it normal thst theres only one out of 2 ports pluged ???

one port should be open to the atmosphere. That's how the computer can raise the boost by dumping the pressure in those lines. When they get old and rotted (yours are original) they vent signal from leaking and cause overboosting.

If you're lucky the car backfires and falls on its face. The next step is shooting a head gasket out the side of the engine.

Do you have a boost gauge? the stock dash gauge is not to be relied upon.

I have seen ignition issues cause this, and from the picture your plug wires are probably not the best sort.

I would replace plugs and wires, if the coilpack towers are all rusty/crusty, then the coilpack should probably be next.

Well the wires are just dirty cause they are msd 8.5 wires the plugs i would have to check( just got the car)
My boost gauge is a pro comp autometer vacum to boost and reads up to 25 psi!

I will change those vacum lines and try it again!

I will keep you posted!

Stay out of the throttle until you get some data logging capabilities. [Or, the next item may be an engine.]
Just got the car?? Ok, so, how is it equipped? Did the PO provide details of what, if any, mods have been done?
"Well the wires are just dirty cause they are msd 8.5 wires" Huh?

As mentioned, there are lots of checks to be made, B4 data logging.
Spring cleaning, oil, fuel, air filters changed. MAF cleaned.
Fuel psi checked.
Exh system for leaks.

The wires are msd 9.5 wires its just that there dirty!
Its got 3 inch down pipe ta-49 turbo 50 pound injectors k&n filter hooker exhaust system but i dont know if engine was ever rebuilt or if it has a cam! And no i am not driving hard i even brought down the boost to the minimum to 14 psi until i get this problem solved and i get a scan tool !

Good choice!;)

i would start with the basics like a good spring cleaning. Not only will the cleaning give you a peace of mind that all the fluids are up to par you will also get to know your car a little more.

Well started by pulling out all the plugs and cleaning them cause honestly there brand spanking new! Then i changed all the vacum hoses from the turbo and westgate actuator with the y still not that! Will pulling the plugs i noticed that the wires on cylinder number 5 had cheap tape on it when i removed it it was burnt completly so i changed the boot put everything back and voila problem solved but no over 14 psi car has pigning sound wich means not enough octane or to much timing right???

I think you mentioned you just got the car.. How is the quality of the gas? Was it sitting for a while and have you put a full clean tank of 93 in it yet. Your are doing good changing one thing at a time. Also what's the heat range and gap on your spark plugs? Theses cars are sensitive. But when you got them dialed in they will run like a RAPED APE!!

The plugs are ac delco r43ts and yes gas is full and fresh!

Well at only 15psi the car should adjust its own timing when it needs it so unless it's been changed in any other way I would think it's ok. I would continue with doing what's on the spring cleaning list. But take a look inside your throttle body and see if you have a lot of oil build up in there make sure you are not sucking too much oil in from anywhere. I would clean it up with seafoam or B12 cleaner in a spray can and do a induction cleaning with seamfoam also.
