problems

had the tranny refreshed due to some install problems by the local guy of the shift kit...he took care of me...i had a new westcoast converter 3000 stall put in the tta and while he was in there said to put a postons shift kit in that i already had and a new tcc solenoid....well he did the work and evidently there was already a kit in it...well under any throttle 2,3,4th gear were pretty much gone...felt like really bad slipping tranny...well he fixed it having to rebuild the tranny...


now that problem is that at wot it wants to shift into 2nd gear too early which bogs it badly...any ideas...

I'm no Expert, but

First thing that comes to me is the governor. Might drop the pan and check it.
tV cable adjustment?

i have tried this...no luck for wot....what could be wrong with the gov.?

the governor could have been switched in the 'refresh' or the weights could be hanging up or something along those lines. Hard to say without inspecting it.
