Recently my TPS failed and was reading 096 all the time and the converter wouldn't lock up, then the car wouldn't restart. Replaced the sensor with a new one in the exact same orientation as the original. Now reads 0 at idle and 099 at WOT. However, the converter now jumps in and out of lock up. I need a reminder of the procedure for setting up and auto-calibrating the TPS with XFI. Thanks.

It's very easy.
WITH THE ENGINE OFF & KEY ON Go to: view/system configuration/sensor calibration/TPS calibration
Once there, click on auto- calibrate, click "ok", then slowly floor the throttle to WOT. Let off and go back to the TPS calibration and uncheck the box

Thanks Cal. Do the voltage readings on the sensor itself matter as much as they would with a stock ECM?
