OK, I was helping someone diagnose a poor idle yesterday and since they ddin't have scanmaster I was using turbolink and I've forgotten what the prop step flag was for?

Anyone refresh my old memory

Alan, I used to use TL, and looking at my manual I see no 'prop step' flag.... where is it showing this? in the 'vehicle status' box? Sure it isn't P/S switch? If it's a TT 5.6 chip, it may be displaying a memory location in the chip he 'tweaked' to insert the variable codes for timing/fuel adjustment... makes sense... as in, 'property' (variable) and 'step' (value)...

It's on the details screen, it's a simple ECM flag. I found one reference to it in an OLD TB.com post about the OTC tool. I'm pretty sure that this is an ECM parameter. CHips may ignore but it's somewhere in the ECM itself.
