Looking at getting a turbonetics 70 turbo from Jack Cotton, just wondering how you guys like them for street use and track use. What stall do you use?

I have the LT-70. On the street with a 9" N/L 3500 stall it has some turbo lag, but not to much. At the track turbo spools just like the TA66 I had before. 1.4's all day long with 17lb lauches:eek:

Good Luck

I had a Q trim T-70 in my GN. Converter is a Art Carr 9" n/l. Not exactly what I call a street set-up, but it was definately a workable combo. I actually drove the car on the street for about a year with this combo. Stall is dependant on more than just your converter. Engine combo also has a say in what kind of stall you will see. Fott-braking my GN, I could see 4000rpm holding the car at a stand still if I built up the boost slowly. It would flash to about 3400rpm from an idle.
