Does anyone have close up pictures of a turbo shield modified to fit the coolant lines of a PTE ball bearing turbo. I'd like to see what all has to be done to make it fit.

TIA

The coolant lines fit with no mods. The new oil line needs a notch cut in the sheild though.

I'm using a PTE oil saver, so I guess I will just use an old shield to test fit and cut before I go grinding on my nice chrome one.

Here is mine.
I will have to get a better picture of it up close tho.

I believe if you have the oil system, you might have just enough room under the cover without having to cut the sheild. The PTE Oil Saver has a 120* feed line fitting that just might clear, I haven't personally checked it yet tho.

Guys, thanks for the pics and info. I will try and remember to update this thread once I find out.

It will clear with the 120 angle fitting for the oil line.
checked mine the other night
I ran the coolant line under the housing rather than over more clearance that way
Look under the BB6776 install thread

I just bent the line down far enough to fit under the shield. You can see it in this picture.
