what and where is the emissions purge valve on a 96 riviera. How much would 1 cost

pcv valve? its on top of the supercharger, under a square lid with two bolts on it? if thats what your looking for, and there cheap at autozone or were ever

are you talking about the vent valve on top of the fuel tank?? it would be on the top of the fuel tank on the fuel pump assy. if this is because of a code a bad or loose gas cap can cause it to throw a bad vent code. or even fueling the car and starting it before gas cap put back on

i have an non supercharged riviera, and the computer keeps throwing a code for it. i thought it was up under the car in the back also pump is new and whining and would the sensor make it hard for the tank to ventilate ?

did code start after pump was changed??
if so a wire could have beed broken damaged ect. when pump was replaced
did you change the whole pump sending unit assembly or just the pump itself

i changed the whole pump assembly unit cost me 230.00. the car is running lean says maf is low, purgevalve, and misfire on number 6 cylinder. I put new wires, plugs, intake, pump,. The intake had backfired on me on last year due to not wanting to start, it then blew up the intake so i replaced it. I replace this stuff after it took a sh@t on me
