I just pulled the valve covers off to replace the head gaskets, pulled the push rods out and I am suprised to find out that they have aftermarket pushrods. The length stamped on them is (Trick 8.650@ 0.80) can anyone explain why this would be on a stock head, stock valve car. It is a tall deck 84 engine with stock steel shim gaskets. Now I'm concerned if I don't use stock steel shim gaskets I might have issues.
