I have a pair of MTX thunder 8000 12's that I would like to take from my tuck and swap them with my current JL 10's. Has anyone ever put two 12's on the rear shelf area in the trunk?( facing the back of the car) I know it's gonna be tight but I was just wondering if you guys have done this. Thanks

I have done a dozen 12" subs in "G"-body cars and I have angled them to the back seat and facing the tail lights. Either way just make sure that you sound deaden your trunk and deck lid because it will rattle and buzz like crazy. A very nasty sound to any audiophile
