Question about 84 t-types

I know this isn't engine tech but i figure it's the best place to get an answer.

I'm supposed to go look at a supposed 84 t-type.My question is could you get a turbo motor in an 84 without the blackout package?I got some poor pictures from the guy and the only thing blacked out is the trim around the front corner lights(turn signals).

Also,is the RPO code for the turbo V6 on the 84's the same as 86-86(LC2)?If not what is it?Also the VIN# for a turbo 6 on an 84(8th digit)in case the RPO label is not there or not legible?

Gotta have Black

It should have all the blackout if it's a real "T".The VIN is 9,And I think the RPO is LM9.NA regals also have the black on the front turn signals.
