Just got a full set of Bilsteins fro SHOX.com about 2 montsh ago and the pass side rear is leaking bad.....question is, so i call shox.com or do i have to deal with Bilstein to get a new shock(lifetime warranty) anyone ever go through this before?

FWIW & IMHO:
Regardless of what has happened in this situation or a similiar one regarding a customer return with SHOX and Bilstein, I would call/notify SHOX first as they were your last point of contact, and the easiest fix to your problem. Hopefully, they will exchange it for you and send you a new one. Dealing direct with Bilstein might take a little longer.

Thats what i figured, i just wanted to see if anyone else had a similar experience and knew what exactly was had to do

I had my Bilsteins replaced by SHOX about 2 years ago. Then they offered me two options.
1.- Send in old shocks and they would send out replacements.
2. Pay for new ones and when they received my old ones they would issue me credit back on my credit card.

My car was down for work so I send in the old ones and about 2 weeks later I had new ones.

yea, i called them today and they said the same to me....i drive mine everyday, so i just bought some 10.99 shock from pep boys as temp replacements until i get the new bilstein....

Speaking of stand-up vendors/suppliers/retailers, that is good news to hear. There are retailers out there that would make you return to the manufacturer direct, eliminating them out of the loop and generally tqaking longer than it would have. I am glad that everything worked out for you for the better.
