Question about upgrading turbo

I have a step up from stock turbo on my car now not sure of the size I need to measure. My question is say I have a 40mm and I upgrade to a 60mm and I run the same 19lb of boost will I get a gain in power since I'm still running same boost?

Not unless the engine can support the mass flow. You could actually slow the car down with a bad selection. Especially with the stock converter and running low boost

The car said it has a red stripe converter tranny built by Janis.

hello 63novass; I'd post exactly what you got in the car to get a better answer to any questions. Changing turbos isn't as easy as it sounds.
