I think im having an issue with my ME-R chip. I spoke with you early this week. I cant change values.
Can i send it to you to check?

Hi Jeff,
Yes, you can send it to me. Typically a chip can't go bad in that way and it ends up being one of the inputs (p/n, a/c, tps).
If you can't go up or down, then I would check your scantool to make sure you are seeing the P/N switch change, and also check that the TPS voltage is working right. Also make sure you don't have any type of TPS enhancing device.
But I'll be happy to check it out if nothing turns up.

The p/n switch, the tps and ac all work fine. There is no tps enhance. Could the ecm be the problem?

What scantool are you using? Can you send me a log of you trying to change a parameter?

Its an otc 4000 cant send you a reading. Any other ideas?
