question for u car gurus

anyone tell me what a 1967 rolling chasis is worth. body and frame are restored with zero rust. car is all there with the exception of motor and trans. i am planning on building a buick powered turbo firebird. she wants 3600 for it. does that sound reasonable?

I'm not a guru, but I've seen clean, unrestored 1969 camaro rollers go for $7000, and you're looking at tearing the thing apart before starting.

If the cars painted, it's a steal at that price. That would be a great transplant project for sure!!
