Can anyone tell me if 1981 through 1987 Buick regal hoods all interchange or do fenders and header panels need to be changed out To fit the proper year of the hood meaning 81 through 83 and 84 through 87

Debate is someone is selling a hood as 81-87 hood and i thought 81-83 only fit and 84-87 only fit thanks everyone!

fenders are the same
all flat hoods 81-87 are the same and interchangeable with either the 81- 83 or 84-87 header
the bumpers are the same
the 81-83 used a different filler than 84-87 because of the grille design
