question on fiberglass fillers ( creeking) ??

just installed some new fiberglass fillers on the front . now when i make turns with the car there is a creeking noise , im wondering is the fillers making the noise because of flex in the car ?? does this make sense ? or anyone had this problem before ?/

never mind just looked at the bumper , had it adjusted too high and was binding on the bottom of the fillers DUHHHH!!!!!!!!
