I have a question for the guys with Stage II! I don't know if this is the right place but here goes...I have a TA Stage motor stroked out and I want to install it in a 1977 Ford F-150 4x4 single cab shortbed about 4500lbs. My question is will the motor produce enough power? Because of the weight differences in the G.N. and a pick up truck. Thanks ...

Hey Miggy

specs for the 77

390 CID FE V8 1973–77 195 hp (145 kW)
460 CID 385 V8 1973–79 200–220 hp (150–162 kW)

if i remember correctly you made 600 at 14psi that 3X what it made stock if 600 is not enough just turn up the boost.

Looks like you got the answer, but I thought I'd add that please make sure you start a build thread on this! I would be interested to see how it goes. Should be different, and cool.
