Questions about smc install

I just picked up a SMC kit used and was wondering where a good power and ground is located inside the car, should I be going to the fuse box? Also what do the other wires go to in the engine bay I know theres power, ground and one for the map sensor but whats the other one? another ground? Sorry last question do I need two nozzles for 22 pounds on a 45A 66mm turbo? Im knocking a litte bit up top.
