Quick EGR Question

hey if your car is idleing and you squeeze the egr is supposed to stumble/almost die right? Does this mean the egr valve is good? TIA

That means it is working when you manually depress the diaphragm. Just check your vacuum line, make sure it is clean and no cracks. Everything should be working fine. My sacnner tells me to squeeze the EGR to perform an intermitent test.

You also have to do a vacumn test on the diaphram part to make sure it isn't leaking past the seals in it and not opening when you want it to.
