Just got a new motor installed and 60lbers controlled by a Commander chip. The car runs great but feels alittle lazy (as requested for wife)

On my scanmaster it shows BLM's at 114 at cruise and wot at .850.

Would I lower the fuel pressure to raise the BLM count and it would also help lean out the WOT A/F?

BTW-No KR is present.

Thanks

Set the fuel pressure to manufacturers recommendations for the chip.

Tune with the translator knobs if necessary.

If programmable perhaps spoolup fuel can be adjusted as well as WOT fuel.

Be careful however.

Get direct scan too if you don't have it. :)

No Translater here:eek: Direct scan seems useless to me for what I need it for. This is the wifes car,I have my own toys;)

I was looking at WOT fuel but don't know if I can read it on the scanmaster.

LVD-I'll be there with the Vette:) Well,if it stays together till then:(

What is FP set at? Lowering the FP could raise your BLMs and lean you out at WOT. I would adjust FP 1# at a time until I found the sweet spot - idle/cruise BLMs close to 128 and WOT O2s at 0.810 -0.820 on pump gas.
