race chip help

iam not sure about race chips but i know that i can get 110cam2 and c16. so would i get more out of the 116 race chip then the 110 chip .

What i have seen is, the more mods i have done to my car, the less timing it seems to need. Also I have seen where the car run faster or slower because of the heat and humidity based on the timing. Some cars slow down with more timing.
