Just back from Champion racing engines with a clean bill of health.
Heads were welded (repaired) by Champion and also had the following work done:
New 1.46" beehive valve springs.
New Titanium retainers.
New Forged locks.
New Spring cups.
Competition valve job.
Receiver groves.
Decked.
Ceramic sealed.
All bolt holes checked and helicoiled (if needed).
1.84" intake valve.
1.60" exhaust valve.
Heads were flowed before the valve job and were:
225-230 intake.
180 exhaust.
Tom said he guarnteed 20 hp more with the valve job!
One head was ported by Duttweiler and the other was ported to match by Champion.
Set up for a hyd roller cam.
Asking $2000 firm plus shipping and include:
1.6 Crane roller rockers.
M&A turbo 6 valve covers.
New Felpro head gaskets.
Valve cover gaskets (proper rubber original ones).
Arp head bolts (used).
