No need for worry about using ALL the wiring supplied with the Racetronix kit. I'd worry if it was not!
Get it done, if the first mechanic did not follow the Installation Instructions. The Kit is designed to work together as a unit.
If the Instructions were lost, you can get another set from the Racetronix website.

Of course not. The "hot-wire kit" provides extra voltage to the fuel pump, which will increase the output of the pump (allow you to make more power without running out of fuel). If you use the stock harness, that is fine, but you wont be able to run as fast without it.

You will see that the pump's output is higher with 15 volts (64.8 gallons per hour) as opposed to only 13 volts (51.3 gallons per hour).

Did your mechanic remove the pulsator and replace it with the supplied rubber hose?

are you suppost to remove the pulsator with the rubber hose I have a 340 an its too shrt of a connection with the pulsator on top. So are you still suppose to use it, see I can make atight connection with the rubber hose. Cause the new pump is shorter than the stocker!

man this is so simple if they would just tell you this in the instructions. But they don't theyexpect you to figure it out for yourself an just supply the hose. But the thing is that most guys see that having t be there for the pump to work correctly, "pulsator"that is. An if they only knew its just their to stop some of the pump noise. Should be mandatory to include this in the instructions. Seems alotta people are having problems after they get the tank back on the car an realizing what happen. Lucky it wasn't me. An I am not pointing my finger at any company saying they should do this it would just help a lot of people if they only knew to trash the pulsator the first time..

The sheet with the pump install kit is generic from Walbro.
This is why we state in big bold letters with your tracking info and install link to remove the pulsator.

Well glad to see you guys take it a step further an help out with the info!!!! I forget where i got t his pump but apparently it wasn't from you. Are you guys ever gonna offer a double pumper?? Or is this something that is more of a custom fab job. ATR an Red Armstrong offer them an sure they are good but seem way expensive. If you guys could offer this as a kit like your Walbro 340 an hot wirre kit then sure you would do good.... They charge like $500 jus tfor the double pumper!!!
