I purchased a double pumper setup from Racetronixs this past summer. I just got around to installing the unit. It was necessary to unplug the harness from the sending unit pass-thru connector to install the tank locking ring. When I did this the connector retention tab broke off.
I dropped Racetronixs an email asking the if they could sell me a new connector body. I figured that I broke the tab and they would charge me for a replacement (which I was willing to do). I was pleasantly surprised when their response immediately included a complete new harness and a return tag for the old one.
It is rare to find vendors who respond so quickly and resolve problems. My opinion is that they went above and beyond the call. I will certainly purchase from them again and I highly recommend them for your electronics needs.
