My front bumper sets higher on pass side. I tried to adjust it and no luck. Looking at a parts car radiator core susport i notice 3shims on my car there are no shims. Iam thinking if shims were added this would lower bumper. My question is what needs removing to install shims and is there any number for bumper height.

Turbofrank, removing the washers from the rad support very well may change your fender to door gap.you may need to tweek the energy absorber mounting area, there is alot of adjustment in these bumpers, question.. Are all the bodymounts good? Not collapsed.. Was there ever any damage to the front end??

Yes either the car has been wrecked or parts replaced at this point pass door, fender and hood need tweaking. Someone had tweaked bumper shock. Shock was replaced to no avail. This may be a project for next spring.
