Radiator hold down plate...paint

I have a low mileage GN...bought it new in 87...some time ago...actually many years ago I removed the radiator hold down plate and painted it(gloss black)with a rattle can...it had some light surface rust on the edge...anyways I want to have it powdercoated to the correct factory color but I don't remember what it looked like...way too long ago...I beleive it was a satin black...can someone post a pic of a hold down plate either on or off of a low milege car.

They look really nice in gloss black. It only looks good in gloss black if you get your core support done as well. If you do just the rad support it will stand out against it and look bad. I did both of my cars and got a friend that just did his its worth the aggravation do it and do it right.

Satin black is correct for original factory look.

I appreciate the comments about gloss black but I'm not going to paint the core support...so from the factory the hold down plate was the same color as the core support?

Mine had some gloss to it but maybe previous owner repainted it.

I had mine powder coated matte black. Looks stock.
