Radio Fuse???

Ok the radio doesnt work when hitting the power button,thinking its just missing power,the amber lights on all the buttons work fine when i turn the headlights on...so thinking a broke wire,,checked al the fuses and they all seem good,but did see one labeled ""RAD""

take the radio out and you will see an in line fuse for the radio

ok ,now how do i unlock this mofo

With the ignition key on hit the mute button on the steering wheel control.
