random high retard

Hi I have a tta and can drive around with about 15- 20 # boost no problem on pump gas and methanol for about ten 6-8 seconds then the retard level jumps to 19.9 out of no where so I let off the gas, press recall on the scanmaster and it shows O2 levels over 750 and 0 retard???? What is going on here. Why would 19 degrees of retard just come out of nowhere?? What are your thoughts. I am wondering if the methanol spray is cutting out?? but car was just dynoed and they said they beet on the car pretty hard and got zero knock, ??? THanks, Jarred.
