i have a rattling noise like i have a sheild loose checked all and they are all tight only hear it at lower driving speeds the tranny and torque converter were recently changed could the torque converter be causing it ?? also have a clunk like a u joint was told by a very relible sourse that it is the 2nd gear clutch causing it at 15-20 when slowing down he said it could be turned out by adjusting the tv cable which way would i adjust it to get it to go away?

You bailed before I could answer on chat. You may get away with it (tv) but usually it only helps a tad. You want to move cable towards the front of car. This will soften and shift earlier too keep that in mind. And I told you it was the 3rd clutch downshifting to second which is a band. Try it but hrmm I dont know if it will do as you wish.

ok i will try that

how about the rattling noise you have any input on that it just started in the last 2 days sounds like it is tranny related but i have checked all the sheilds, what noises can a torque converter make when they are acting up? thanks again

Well the fact that the converter was recently changed makes it very possible that the converter-to-flexplate bolts may have loosened. If they have, use some red Loctite on the threads.
