i'm adding the second nozzle kit to my t-type and had a quick question, does it matter which way the "t" fitting goes? for cleanliness' sake i was going to put it so the line from the pump goes into the t fitting and straight through to the existing nozzle and the second nozzle would be fed by the hose connected to the t 90 degrees from the other two. i'm assuming if it mattered there would have been directions with the kit saying so but i figured i'd ask. i guess while i'm asking questions, i'm maxed out on the gain knob with the single nozzle, where should i start tuning from with the dual kit? on warm days i was experiencing a smidge of knock, and since the alky was maxed out i threw 2 gallons of race fuel in the tank and it went away. new motor is finally broken in and the car is brutally fast!

Alky pump have proper pressure? How old is the pump? What about your fuel pressure?

update: got everything all tied in neatly and put some miles on it, turned up the boost from 18 to about 22, pulls like a freight train now with zero knock :) i think i can back down the gain a little more or go a little more boost, but i'm pretty happy with where it is. the alky tank empties at an alarming rate now! hahaha

Yup... careful you dont have a leak and going through more than you should. Typically if a pump develops a leak it wont show up unless under a lot of pressure.. at that time your going 60+ MPH and by the time you slow down dont see anything.

If the car is in fact needing that much methanol.. better get a guage/tester/transducer on the kit. All of this is cheap stuff in the grand scheme of things. Those that use the testers or datalog pressure realize how invaluable it is to have the data.

As to the T fitting.. its all under pressure.. doesnt matter.

Well maybe "alarming rate" was a bit overkill, but it empties quicker than it did before. I haven't been able to keep my foot out of it much which hasnt helped... I like the margin of safety, I will look into it.
