Well most of you know about razor's alky kit, some who have spoken to him know about his customer service. I had the pleasure of meeting him today in person to work out some issues with my alky kit. He figured out my problem immediately and got to work, all while helping other customers on the phone. After all was put together, he filled me up with some methanol, went for a test ride and pointed out some scanmaster reading issues with my car (fp reg. nozzle is cracked).
All in all it was a great experience. This is my opportunity to thank him publicly for being a great vendor with awesome customer support. It goes a long way in my book.
