re chroming re furbished gn wheels

looking for a set of re done gn wheels stock or have mine re done saw some on eBay recently but they are gone now
who and where in Florida would be great but not necessary
saw that most say to do them properly the have to be cut into three pieces and re welded
triple or 3 layer chrome ?
