re finishing T-Type wheels

Would like to get my stock 86 T-Type wheels re finished,wondering what others have thought of theirs after having them machined,good, bad , horror stories,etc.Would like them to look new again,i have seen some where the porus
area looked funny,wrong color or something.

Sorry I don't have any pics yet,just dropped my wheels off at my storage barn,
but they were sent out for refinishing and came back better than new.Wheels
were good to start,no rash just looking their age.They were completely blasted inside and out,lips and fins remachined to near mirror finish,and then the entire wheel was
clearcoated.They look awesome and will be much less maintenance than the originals.
Not cheap at $175.00, but I only wanted the T wheels on my car so it was worth it for me. Will get pics as soon as I can.
