I replaced the headgaskets on my TTA about four months ago right before I parked it for the winter. I used the RJC steel shims and ARP headbolts. Even though I haven't been driving it, I do start it up a couple of times a month and let it warm up to normal temp. My question is, can/should I re-torque the heads after all this time? I'm worried about disturbing the thread sealer on the headbolts and creating a water leak.

Thanks
James

Well, I already got my answer from RJC Racing. They said since I used the Permatex(white stuff)thread sealer then it is alright to re-torque the bolts. If silicone is used then you shouldn't re-torque.

Thanks
