Reading spark plugs

Anyone have a good picture or can describe how a spark plug should look in a turbo Buick running an alky kit. I changed mine out today, they are not brown, black or white but have a greyish tint to them.


I'd post the pic I took but can't find the cable to my camera right now.

Thanks for the link. Well I was trying to read them after just driving around. I'll do a pass on a nice stretch of road and check one afterwards.

To be really accurate, you have to start w/ fresh plugs....

To be really accurate, you have to start w/ fresh plugs....

and check them right after the "pass on a nice stretch of road". Not when you get home. On the side of the road right after the "pass on a nice stretch of road".
