Rear Driver Side Panel, Unboltable?

my rear driver side panel is f'd up. wavy and trashed...

i was wondering if this panel is removable as in unboltable or will there have to be cutting and rewelding involved?

anyone replaced this panel? If so, what did you do?

Are you talking interior panel? If so top or bottom?

Since he mentions cutting and rewelding, I'd say he's talking quarters. Cutting and rewelding is exactly what it'll take to replace one too.
