I Need Some Rear Seats For My 86 Regal!

and Also How Am I Supposed To Take The Seats Out.
What Tools Do I Need?
Or Is It Simply A Pull Out Job!

hi,
it would be helpful to post your location and what color of seats you want.
removing the rear seat bottom is simple ......... just push it towards the rear of the car and lift the front of the seat once it is pushed back. the seat bottom will then pop right out. after the bottom is out, you'll see two big torx screws/bolts that secure the lower portion of the rear seat's back section to the floor of the car. removing them can be a challenge because they are typically rusted into the floorboard. with the correct torx bit/driver, a good dose of pb blaster (or other penetrating oil) and alot of "muscle", they will come out. once the two torx bolts are removed, just lift the seat back straight up and it's done. hope this helps.

the back part of the back seat you need a t 50 torx i suggest a craftsman because these do break so be careful.i would take a hammer and tap it into the bolt then use a impact gun if possible it will make life easier.

The correct size is a T47.

Do you need seats to recover or do you want something in the correct color and fabric?

somehow someway that T50 always worked for me on about 200 cars i have parted out and it seemed to work tonight when i took another front seat out of a car and had to remove the seatbelts,i guess i have been using the wrong tool for about 15 years thanks for telling me!
