Rebuild (who wants to help)?

Well,its finally time to rebuild,nothing broke just bored and its WINTER.I want a low 11second/high 10s s/s car.I need to know how far to go such as heads,cam,pistons,rods ...ect.Should I replace the crank?I was thinking a te60 or bigger and a 9/11 lu 3000 ?Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated,THANX.
