Hi i'm new here
This only has around 600 miles on it 100 miles since ownership. The trans made started making strange sounds after the last 60 mile drive. I pulled the pan and found the magnet clogged up as well as other deposits of the same material. I'm picking bearing material. Oil level was fine
Any suggestions I live in New Zealand and bought the car out of Wisconsin where the trans was also built.

You don't mention a billet shaft in the forward drum. When dual feeding the direct the billet shaft is needed to prevent park and six neutrals.

I'm not sure what is causing your magnet to get coated in material. If the unit was new I would swap the filter and fluid and keep driving it to see where it is going. Getting warranty from that distance isn't likely.

Was it shifting well? Was the noise the only thing? Can you get a pressure gauge on it to see what the unit is doing while idling and with a tv cable pull?

There was no billet shaft in the receipt.. The way it played up i didn't think i'd make it home. Where would you put a pressure gauge?
