I believe it was built by Grooms down south- it comes with all you said for $1650. shipped if my friend still has it. Even a glass beaded intake.

If you can get the Motor to Alaska airlines air freight, North west or Delta I bet you would be suprised at how inexpensive it might be. I had a 12 bolt rear shipped this way from Orlando to Fairbanks and it was $178.00. Not bad and was here in 12 hours.
