anyone ever seen all of these service bullitins???
and what exactly does it mean to us?

I was aware of the recall info...just never heard of all the other stuff

i apologize if this info is/was on gnttype, but this seemed a little odd due to there being info as recent as 2001 for our cars???

Actually that list is incomplete. Here is a listing of all the recalls for 1987 TRs. Some of them dont really apply but this is from GM.
#91-C-51 CAMPAIGN: SERVICE PART FUEL TANK SENDER RING WELDS - (Jun 1, 1995)
#87-C-14 CAMPAIGN: 3.8L TURBO ENGINES EMITTING POLLUTANTS - (Jul 2, 1992)
#86-C-15 CAMPAIGN: POWERMASTER BRAKE SYSTEM/FAULTY PRESSURE SWITCH - (Oct 5, 1990)
#88-C-14A CAMPAIGN: CRUISE CONTROL SERVO BUSHING - (Jul 31, 1989)
#9A18 CAMPAIGN: CRUISE CONTROL SERVO BUSHING - (Jul 31, 1989)
#87-C-8 CAMPAIGN: 200-4R MANUAL VALVE LINK SEPARATION - (Dec 11, 1987)

These are just the recalls. The other stuff is technical service bulletins or TSBs. Somewhere in the service manuals there is a disclaimer that went something like" TSB are meant for the professional technician and are only meant as a reference for do it yourselfers as some of the bulletins require special tools and information only available to your dealer service departments" or something like that. Those TSB are for every Buick model in 1987 and not just Regals. Really its amazing there are only 6 campaigns for our cars as some of the newer models( Fords more than any other) have dozens off them by the end of their first model year.
