Recomendations for which plugs and what gap to run with TR6 Ignition?

I want to go with a recessed electrode plug if at all possible. I've seen a lot of different post on what gap to run on these and wonder if there is a consensus?

Iron and yes 93 plus alky.

I would stick with a stock style plug, the fancy stuff is likely not necessary with your build.

Perhaps 1 to 2 steps colder than stock, start with a gap of .035 is you are staying under 25 psi, .030 if you are going to run over 25 psi.
